Named after the visionary French poet, the Jacques Marie Mage Rimbaud in Beau channels a free-spirited, bohemian elegance. Its slim, elongated lenses and distinctive proportions create a frame with strong personality, at once vintage and resolutely modern.

In the Beau colourway, warm havana acetate meets Nimbus lenses, creating a refined, understated contrast. As a result, the Rimbaud feels poetic and expressive, made for those who like their eyewear to tell a story.

Crafted to Perfection

Handcrafted in Japan, the Rimbaud is cut from 10mm cured cellulose acetate in havana. Custom double-laminated temples combine havana exteriors with clear beige interiors, adding subtle depth from every angle.

Furthermore, inner-exposed Classic wirecores and custom 9-barrel hinges are finished in light gold. Spur-shaped rivets in silver and inner-temple hallmarks foil-stamped in silver complete the design.

The frame comes with Nimbus CR39 lenses by Armorlite, featuring backside anti-reflective treatment. With a 17% transmission rate, they offer Category 3 protection and full UV protection.

Limited Production Batch

Only 200 pieces of the Rimbaud in Beau are produced worldwide. Consequently, each individually numbered pair represents a rare expression of Japanese craftsmanship and Jacques Marie Mage’s distinctive approach to luxury eyewear.

Packaging

Each pair arrives in a signature luxury presentation. The set includes an Italian-handcrafted leather case, a microfiber cleaning cloth and pocket square, hard-shell silk fabric-covered packaging, and a letterpress authenticity certificate featuring the limited-edition serial number and craftsman’s signature.
