Héritage is Jacques Marie Mage's most exceptional expression of craftsmanship: limited-edition eyewear handcrafted in Italy from responsibly sourced Buffalo Horn. Because no two pieces of horn share the same color, grain or pattern, every frame is truly one of a kind, with a natural warmth and an exceptional feel in the hand.
Each frame begins as a rare 16mm block of horn, milled and hand-polished at multiple stages in a process four times longer than acetate, then individually assembled by hand. A level of artisanship that allows only a handful of frames to be completed each day.
Following the sold-out first edition, Héritage II offers six new styles, including the iconic Zephirin and Yves reimagined in horn, the Old Hollywood-inspired Woodland, and the midcentury Leclair and Kellerman. Each frame features precious metal hardware, hairline-engraved Art Deco temple inlays, horn nose pads with adjustable arms and high-performance PTX lenses.
Every piece arrives in a collector's box set with a leather case, horn wax and polishing cloth. Produced in micro-batches, these editions will not be reissued once sold out: a rare opportunity to own a true collector's piece.
