The Jacques Marie Mage Kellerman in Velours is a sculptural interpretation of classic eyewear with a distinctly refined character. Inspired by the daring spirit of French cavalry general François Étienne de Kellerman, this limited-edition model combines a modified Panto silhouette with distinctive JMM craftsmanship.

The Kellerman features a sophisticated small-sized modified Panto shape. Its rounded proportions create a refined yet expressive look, while the 10mm cured cellulose acetate gives the frame a substantial and luxurious presence. In the Velours colourway, the frame features deep black acetate with double-laminated temples. The black outer layers reveal auburn horn-effect interiors, creating a warm, subtle contrast that becomes visible from different angles.

Crafted to Perfection

Handcrafted in Japan, the Kellerman showcases the precise detailing associated with Jacques Marie Mage. Signature sterling silver arrowhead front pins add a distinctive touch to the sculpted front, while the hidden Classic wirecores are finished in Silver Palladium.

Meanwhile, custom 7-barrel hinges with refined hairline details provide both durability and a sophisticated finish. Spur-shaped rivets in Silver complete the temples, and inner-temple hallmarks foil-stamped in Silver provide a discreet signature of the brand’s craftsmanship.

The Kellerman is fitted with Armorlite 4-base Amarena CR39 lenses. Their 13% transmission rate provides a dark Category 3 tint, ideal for bright sunlight. Furthermore, the lenses feature a backside anti-reflective treatment and full UV protection.
