EIKO RX in NOIR

Vision

Quietly refined and effortlessly understated, the EIKO RX is a limited-edition optical frame from Jacques Marie Mage. Its soft Panto lens shape brings a timeless, intellectual character, while the Low Bridge fit and wider nose pads offer a comfortable, secure fit for smaller sizes.

In the NOIR colorway, deep polished black acetate gives the frame a graphic, elegant presence. As a result, the EIKO RX becomes a versatile everyday companion with discreet sophistication.

Crafted to Perfection

The frame is handcrafted from 10mm cured cellulose acetate in black. Its custom temples pair black exteriors with Havana interiors, revealing a warm contrast on the inside.

Sterling silver signature arrowhead front pins define the front, while hidden “classic” wirecores plated in silver palladium reinforce the temples. In addition, custom 7-barrel hinges with refined hairline details and spur-shaped rivets share the same silver palladium finish, and silver foil-stamped hallmarks complete the inner temples.

The frame comes fitted with Superlight Grey CR39 lenses by Armorlite, with a 4-base curve and backside anti-reflective treatment, ready to be replaced by your own prescription lenses.

Limited Production Batch

Only 500 pieces of the EIKO RX in NOIR were produced. Each pair belongs to a carefully controlled production run, numbered and signed by the craftsmen.

Packaging

Each pair arrives in an Italian-handcrafted hard leather case, with a microfiber cleaning cloth that doubles as a pocket square. The hard-shelled, silk fabric-covered packaging and a letterpress certificate with the limited-edition serial number and craftsman’s signature complete the set.
